How much time do I need to book in advance?

This depends on the size and nature of your event. As soon as the event idea pops in your mind I suggest contacting me. This allows for any ordering/delivering to be done in time for your event.

How can you create safe events?

I work within the CDC guidelines. I work with local public health officials and follow applicable local laws and regulations, including those related to privacy, to determine the prevention strategies needed in specific areas.

Why do I need an event planner?

An event planner saves you time and money. I will supply reputable suppliers and vendors, negotiate the best rates, discounts, terms and conditions on your behalf and co-ordinate all aspects of your event. Using an event planner takes away stress and worry, and gives you peace of mind to enjoy your event.

Where are you located?

I reside in Houston, TX but am also willing to travel throughout the United States. I also offer virtual planning. Message me to work together!

What is your cancellation policy?

Sometimes things happen which are outside of your control. In the event of cancellation/postponement for an event, please discuss this with me as early as possible. I believe it’s important that all parties are aware of their obligations and responsibilities. This goes a long way towards maintaining professionalism, enjoying healthy relationships and ensuring my customers are always delighted with my service to them.
